Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Paraprofessional to support students and schools in South Carolina. The selected candidate will initially work with an individual student and gradually transition to providing broader support within the school environment. This role is ideal for someone passionate about student success and behavioral support in an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to a student, assisting with behavioral and academic needs.
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to implement behavioral strategies.
• Transition into a school-wide support role as needed.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with students in a behavioral support role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt and transition into different support roles within the school.
