Join our team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Danville, IL. You will oversee behavior intervention programs, collaborate with teachers and support staff, and help students with behavioral needs succeed academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
- Supervise RBTs and support staff, ensuring consistent implementation of behavior plans.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, making necessary plan adjustments.
- Work closely with families, teachers, and other team members.
Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification (required).
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Illinois Behavior Analyst licensure (required).
- Minimum of one year of experience in a school-based or pediatric setting.
