Job Description:
Join our dedicated team in Bennington, Vermont as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the upcoming 25/26 academic year! We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to provide behavioral support and intervention services to students in our district.
Details:
- Full Time: 37.5 hours/wk
- Start/End: August 27, 2025 to June 12, 2026
- Caseload/Duties:
- Elementary school
- Trauma/autism
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments, develop and implement behavior intervention plans, and provide direct services
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support positive behavioral outcomes and foster a supportive learning environment.
- Onsite

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited program.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in Vermont
- Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred.
