Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs):
    As an RBT, you will implement individualized Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) designed to address each student’s specific needs. You will work closely with teachers and other professionals to help modify behaviors and improve academic performance.

  2. Collaborate with Teachers and Families:
    You will partner with teachers, families, and other specialists to create a cohesive support system for students. Effective communication and teamwork will be key to ensuring students have the resources they need to succeed.

  3. Track and Monitor Progress:
    You will regularly track and document each student’s progress, both academically and behaviorally. By monitoring their development, you can adjust interventions to ensure that each student is progressing toward their goals.

  4. Create a Positive, Inclusive Environment:
    You will contribute to creating an inclusive, welcoming classroom environment where students feel safe and motivated to engage. Your work will help foster an atmosphere of growth and success.

What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated RBT who is eager to help students with special needs. The ideal candidate will have:

Required Qualifications:

  • Active RBT Certification (or ability to obtain certification in Massachusetts)
  • National RBT Certification
  • A passion for working with students with behavioral and academic challenges

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with students who have autism, emotional/behavioral disorders, or other developmental disabilities
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Patience, empathy, and a student-centered mindset
