This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact working with severe needs caseloads across multiple site locations through the LABBB Collaborative.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-time, Onsite
• Caseload: Severe needs across multiple sites
• Pay Rate: Starting at $48/hour
• Renewal: Based on performance and district needs

Daily Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to ensure successful outcomes for students.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on behavior management strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school district policies.
