Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Chester, PA

Blazer Jobs, in partnership with the school district, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate BCBA for a full-time/part-time, onsite position for the current school year. The position starts ASAP and ends June 13, 2025.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) as needed
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to monitor and adjust plans
• Provide direct behavioral support to students
• Work with a K-12 caseload
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Engage in professional development activities

Requirements:

• Must have BCBA credentials/licensure
• Must be comfortable working in an urban school setting
• Must be onsite

This position is available as either full-time or part-time based on availability.
