Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Danville, IL

Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our partner school district in Danville, IL. This is an exciting opportunity to positively impact the lives of students with behavioral needs by providing expert support and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze data to drive interventions.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other team members to support student success.
• Train and supervise paraprofessionals and other staff in behavioral strategies.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Requirements

• Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or a related field.
• Licensure: Illinois BCBA certification and active LBS1 endorsement preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of one year as a BCBA in a school setting.
• Strong understanding of IDEA and behavioral principles.
