**Your Role:**
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs.
- Provide tailored behavioral support services to students with diverse disabilities, including Autism, ADHD, developmental delays, and more.
- Collaborate closely with students who qualify for Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), making a meaningful impact on their educational journey.
**What We’re Looking For:**
- **Education:** Master’s degree in School/Educational Psychology, Behavior, Special Education, or a related field.
- **Certification:** National BCBA Certification and an active BCBA State Teaching License.
- **Experience:** Familiarity with working with students on the Autism spectrum and other behavioral needs, with a focus on IEP collaboration.
