Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Full-Time | K-12 | Andover, MA | 24/25 SY

BlazerJobs is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time position in Andover, MA, for the 2024-2025 school year. The position starts ASAP and runs through June 18, 2025.

Job Details:

• Position Type: Full-time, 35-37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
• Caseload: K-12 SPED students with moderate to severe needs, specifically working with the ASD population
• Responsibilities:
  • Supervision of RBTs onsite
  • Creation and implementation of behavior plans
  • Provide direct services and collaborate with staff to promote positive behavior strategies across settings
• Work Setting: ONSITE only

Requirements:

• Active BCBA license
• Experience working with moderate to severe ASD cases
• Ability to supervise and mentor RBTs
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
