Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full-Time

Location: Yelm, Washington
School Year: Current school year, ASAP start
Pay Range: $30 - $50 per hour (based on experience)

About the Position:

We are looking for a motivated BCBA to join our partner school for the full school year. This full-time role will involve overseeing behavior plans and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

• Full-Time: up to 40 hours per week
• Caseload: Overseeing throughout the district, with specific details discussed during the interview process
• Responsibilities include providing supervision to behavior technicians, collaborating with speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and educators, and maintaining accurate documentation of student progress.

About You:

• Must have a Master’s Degree in School/Educational Psychology, Behavior, Special Education, or a similar field
• Must hold National BCBA Certification
• Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required
