Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Chester, PA

Blazer Jobs is partnering with a school district in Chester, PA, to hire a full-time, onsite BCBA for the current school year.

Position Details:

• Location: Chester, PA (Onsite Only)
• Caseload: Open to K-12
• Hours: Full-Time
• Starting Pay: $43/hour
• Renewal: Based on performance and district needs

Responsibilities:

• Conduct one Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) as required by the school.
• Provide behavior support services for students.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success.
• Ensure compliance with state and district regulations.

State Requirements:

• Must hold active BCBA credentials/licensure in Pennsylvania.
• Must be comfortable working in an urban school setting.
• Must be able to work onsite – remote work is not available.
• Candidates who do not meet requirements will not be considered.
