Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to implement behavior strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of students and adjust plans as necessary.
- Provide training and support to paraprofessionals and educators.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- State licensure in Alabama.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children in a school setting.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
