BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) - Full-Time, Onsite - Orange, NJ

Blazer Jobs is partnering with the school district in Orange, NJ to hire a full-time, onsite BCBA for the current school year. This position involves working with a K-12 caseload across multiple schools within close proximity. The role offers 35 hours per week, district support, and the opportunity to make a significant impact on students’ academic and behavioral growth.

Start Date: ASAP
End Date: June 27, 2025
Caseload: K-12 (multiple schools within proximity)
Hours: 35 hours per week

Basic Daily Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide direct and indirect services to students with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure the success of behavior plans
• Provide training and support to staff and caregivers in implementing behavior interventions
• Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and case conferences
• Ensure compliance with district and state regulations and standards

State Requirements:

• Must have an active BCBA certification/license in New Jersey
• Fingerprints for the State of NJ & Sunbelt
• TB Test
• Physical Exam
