Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Allentown, Pennsylvania
Position Type: Full-Time, 35 hrs/wk
 
Job Description:
Join our dedicated team in Allentown, Pennsylvania as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the upcoming academic year! We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to provide behavioral support and intervention services to students in our district.
 
Details:

• Full Time: 37.5 hours/wk
• Start/End: ASAP to June 11, 2025
• Caseload/Duties:
• K-8th

• Conduct functional behavior assessments, develop and implement behavior intervention plans, and provide direct services
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support positive behavioral outcomes and foster a supportive learning environment.
• Onsite
• Additional details will be explained during interview!

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited program.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred.
