Position Type: Full-Time, 37.5 hrs/wk
 
Job Description:
Join our dedicated team in Boston, Massachusetts as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the upcoming academic year! We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to provide behavioral support and intervention services to students in our district.
 
Details:

• Full Time: 20 - 30 hours/wk
• Start/End: January 20, 2025 to June 13, 2025
• Caseload/Duties:
• K-8th grade, will be working across all grade levels

 
Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments, develop and implement behavior intervention plans, and provide direct services
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support positive behavioral outcomes and foster a supportive learning environment.
• Onsite

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited program.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in Massa
• Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred.
