Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Needs

Are you a BCBA passionate about helping students thrive? We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to work with students across various grade levels, providing behavioral support and developing individualized programs that create positive learning environments.
 

Job Details:  

• Start & End Date: 2024 -2025 School Year   
• Hours: Full Time/ Part Time  
• Location: South of Wilmington, DE
• Caseload Details: More details can be discussed during an interview.  

Requirements:  

• Master’s Level Degree in one of the following: School/Educational Psychology, Behavior, Special Education, or similar field  
• Must hold a National BCBA Certification  
• Must hold an Active BCBA State Teaching License  

Responsibilities:  

• Work with students on Autism spectrum but there can be other students that have various behavior needs. 
• Collaborate on IEPs with teachers and help in classrooms.  
• Supervise RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians) when needed
