Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Opening | Aurora, CO

We are partnering with a school in the Aurora, Colorado area to find an onsite Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work with our students. We're seeking for a compassionate applicant that wants to work with students who need behavior supports for the Current School Year. As a school-based BCBA, you will make a meaningful difference in students' lives!

About the Position:

• Current School Year: ASAP - May 2025
• Caseload details will be discussed during the interview process
• Full-Time: up to 40 hours per week
• Pay Range: $30 - $40 per hour, depending on previous experience

General Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments to identify the underlying factors contributing to challenging behaviors.
• Develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on the results of functional behavior assessments.
• Collect and analyze data on student behavior, implementing appropriate data collection systems.

Requirements:

• Must have a Master’s Degree in one of the following: School/Educational Psychology, Behavior, Special Education, or a similar field
• Must hold a National BCBA Certification or Colorado Teaching Certificate
• 3+ years of previous school-based experience required
