Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) 
Location: Birmingham, AL
On-Site Position 

We are seeking a skilled and committed BCBA to hire for our partner school district in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work in a supportive atmosphere helping students reach their potential.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Level Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services or related field 
• License or Certification in social work, mental health, psychology, behavior analyst or related field
• Must have experience in the behavior field 

Position Details:

• Full Time, 37.5 Hours per Week
• Caseload: K-12
• Dates: November 2024- May 2025 
• Duties: Treatment plans, positive reinforcement, naturalistic teaching, and RBT supervision
