Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Blazer Jobs is hiring a BCBA to support our students in Tallassee, AL. You will lead initiatives to enhance the educational experience for students with behavioral challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement behavioral strategies.
- Provide training and support to school personnel.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- At least 1 year of experience in a school or clinical setting.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
