Dates: Immediate Start – May 30, 2025
Hours: Up to 37.5 hours per week

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced BCBA to join our behavioral program in Waukee, IA, for the remainder of the school year. This is a full-time role focused on making a positive impact on students with behavioral needs by providing tailored support and collaborating with a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with a caseload of 3 students in a specialized behavioral program (details to be discussed during the interview).
  • Assess and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on student needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support student success.
  • Monitor and document progress to ensure effective interventions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate degree in a related field.
  • Certification: Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Licensure: Iowa Board of Behavioral Science license required.
  • Experience: Demonstrated expertise in behavioral management and intervention strategies.
