Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for a full-time role with school districts in the Aurora, CO area. We are seeking dedicated professionals who are passionate about working with students and supporting their behavioral and educational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans for students.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze data to monitor progress.
- Provide training and support to teachers, paraprofessionals, and staff on behavior management strategies.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance student outcomes.
- Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other behavioral staff.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Previous experience working with children in a school-based setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective behavioral strategies.
