School-Based Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Santa Rosa, California

Blazer Jobs is currently interviewing for a full-time contract Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position in Santa Rosa, California. This school-based role is ideal for experienced BCBAs who are passionate about supporting students' behavioral and educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to students' needs.
• Provide direct behavior therapy and consultation services to students, teachers, and parents.
• Monitor and evaluate students' progress, making adjustments to interventions as necessary.
• Train and support staff in implementing behavior plans and using evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create a supportive learning environment for all students.
• Ensure compliance with all local and state regulations regarding behavior analysis services.

Qualifications:

• Must meet all local and state regulations for practicing as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in California.
• Previous experience as a BCBA in a school setting is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
