Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Full-Time) – Atlanta, GA

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) for a full-time role with school districts in the Atlanta, GA area. We are looking for dedicated professionals committed to supporting students with behavioral needs and fostering positive learning environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Implement and monitor behavioral interventions and strategies in collaboration with teachers and staff.
• Provide direct support and training to school personnel in implementing behavior strategies.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate student progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to provide guidance and support regarding behavior management at home.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal-setting related to behavior.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Valid Georgia licensure (if applicable).
• Ability to meet all state and local requirements, including passing background checks.
• Previous experience in a school or educational setting is preferred but not required.
