School-Based Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Aurora, Illinois

Location: Manteno, Illinois
Employment Type: Full-Time, School Year and Extended School Year (FSY)

Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated and skilled BCBA to join our team and support elementary students with significant behavioral needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct systematic behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), and interpret the results for behavior management and improvement strategies.
• Develop, review, and adjust Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals focused on behavior needs, working closely with other service providers and school teams.
• Collaborate on behavior plans, curriculum modifications, accommodations, and social skills development.
• Provide training, modeling, and coaching to school staff on skill acquisition and behavior change techniques.
• Lead data collection, monitoring, and analysis to ensure the effectiveness of behavior interventions, supporting teachers and staff with data management.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Experience with behavioral assessments, intervention strategies, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong interpersonal and consultative skills for collaboration with teachers, administrators, and other school staff.
