Board-Certified Behavior Analyst Position in School Setting

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for a full-time role with school districts in the Moncks Corner, SC area. We are seeking dedicated professionals committed to improving student outcomes through behavioral interventions and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on student needs.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze data to drive interventions.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to create a positive learning environment.
• Provide training and guidance to paraprofessionals and educators on behavior strategies.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school district policies.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with children in an educational setting preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to develop and implement effective behavioral strategies.
