School-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Blazer Jobs is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide expert behavioral support to students in a school-based setting. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and oversee behavior intervention plans to support student success in both academic and social environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create effective behavioral strategies.
• Train and support paraprofessionals, teachers, and support staff in implementing behavior plans.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to track student progress and make data-driven decisions.
• Participate in IEP meetings, ensuring behavioral goals align with student needs.
• Provide crisis intervention and assist in creating positive behavioral support systems.

Requirements:

• Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• State licensure (if applicable) for school-based practice.
• Experience in a school setting preferred.
• Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and behavior intervention planning.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
