Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced School BCBAs for a full-time role with school districts in the Hoquiam, WA area. We are seeking dedicated professionals who are passionate about working with students and supporting their behavioral and academic success in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support and guidance to students and staff in implementing behavior intervention plans.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior programs to support student success.
  • Assess student behavioral needs and collaborate with educators to create tailored strategies.
  • Train and consult with teachers and staff on behavior management techniques.
  • Collaborate with parents and other professionals to enhance student progress.
  • Maintain accurate records of student behavior and program effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential is required.
  • Previous experience in an educational or school setting is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to student success and the ability to work collaboratively.
