Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavioral Analyst to join our team. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' lives while gaining valuable experience in a supportive educational environment.

• Pay: Commensurate with experience and qualifications
• ASAP – June 2025
• Part-time 7 hrs/wk
• Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide direct and indirect behavioral support to students with various needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement effective behavioral strategies.
• Monitor and document student progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
• Train and support school staff in implementing behavior management techniques.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education plans.

Requirements

• Behavior Analyst Board Certification Master’s degree from an accredited college or university
• State BCBA Certification
• Experience working with children with disabilities (preferred)
• Prior BCBA experience (preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
