Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Provide direct and indirect behavioral support to students with various needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement effective behavioral strategies.
- Monitor and document student progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Train and support school staff in implementing behavior management techniques.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education plans.
Requirements:
- Behavior Analyst Board Certification Master’s degree from an accredited college or university
- State BCBA Certification
- Experience working with children with disabilities (preferred)
- Prior BCBA experience (preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
