Job Description:
Join our dynamic team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll assess and treat communication disorders in students, working closely with families and educational teams to create and implement individualized treatment plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Provide direct and indirect behavioral support to students with various needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement effective behavioral strategies.
- Monitor and document student progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Train and support school staff in implementing behavior management techniques.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education plans.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a National BCBA Certification
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of behavior assessment and intervention strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
