Position Overview:
As a Paraprofessional, you will play a crucial role in the educational success of students within the Boulder School District. You will work closely with educators and support staff to provide assistance and support to students with diverse learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist classroom teachers with lesson planning and implementation.
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Help students with assignments, activities, and projects.
Encourage and promote student engagement and participation.
Collaborate with teachers and staff to address individual student needs.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior.
