Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) 1-on-1 w/ 2nd Grade ASD Student

Full-Time CNA Position – Kansas City, KS (ASAP – 5/23/25)

Blazer Jobs is partnering with the school district to recruit for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Lowell Brune Elementary School in Kansas City, KS. This is a full-time, onsite position for the current school year, working with a 2nd grade male student who has autism and requires assistance with toileting.

Kansas City, KS 66109

Responsibilities:

• 1:1 care with a 2nd grade male student with autism
• Assist with toileting and daily personal care
• Provide support for the student throughout the day
• Assist teachers as needed, depending on the classroom requirements
• Ensure the student’s well-being and safety at all times

State Requirements:

• Candidates MUST hold an active CNA license in Kansas to be considered.
• CPR certification is required at the time of submission.
• Candidates who do not meet requirements will not be considered.

Position Details:

• Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week
