Position Overview: Blazer Jobs is currently seeking an experienced Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant for a contract position in Fayetteville, North Carolina. This school-based role involves working closely with students to support their physical, emotional, and educational development through specialized therapeutic interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in accordance with their individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Assess students' needs and develop targeted therapy goals to enhance their academic and social participation.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate therapy into the classroom and home environments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and treatment plans.
• Adhere to all local and state regulations and school district policies.

Qualifications:

• Must meet all requirements set forth by local and state regulations.
• Valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state of NC.
• Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
