Certified School Psychologist Full or Part Time Hours

Blazer Jobs, a leading full-service special education staffing firm, is proud to partner with local school districts in the Morton, PA area to offer an exciting opportunity for a dedicated School Psychologist. We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic professional to join our team and make a lasting impact on students' lives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Provide counseling and intervention strategies to support students' mental health and emotional well-being.
• Consult with teachers and school staff on student accommodations and learning strategies.
• Support crisis intervention and prevention efforts within the school.

Requirements:

• State Certification: Pennsylvania Department of Education School Psychologist Certification.
• Education: Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or a related field.
• Experience: Previous experience in a school-based or similar environment is preferred but not required.
• Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. Ability to work well with diverse student populations.
