Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Occupational Therapists for full-time positions within school districts located in the San Francisco, CA area. We are seeking dedicated professionals who meet all local and state requirements to join our team and provide essential support to students with occupational therapy needs.


  • Valid California Occupational Therapist license.
  • Master s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
  • Proven experience working as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in a school setting.
  • Strong understanding of pediatric occupational therapy principles and practices.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and support staff.


  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans to address students' specific needs and goals.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings, incorporating evidence-based interventions and strategies.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to integrate occupational therapy goals into the classroom environment.
  • Educate and support parents, teachers, and other stakeholders on strategies to support students' occupational therapy needs.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy interventions as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of student goals.
  • Stay current with best practices in pediatric occupational therapy through professional development opportunities.
