Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Westerly, RI

Blazer Jobs is partnering with a school district in Westerly, RI, to hire a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide essential behavioral support to students in a school setting. This is a full-time, contract position offering competitive wages and comprehensive benefits.

Requirements:

• Valid RBT certification
• High school diploma (Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred)
• Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collect data on student behavior and report progress
• Support students in achieving behavioral and academic goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff
