Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The successful candidate will work within the school district to assess and provide behavior intervention services and supports for students. The BCBA will collaborate with educators and families to create effective behavior management plans.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Implement and monitor behavior support plans.
• Provide training and support to teachers and staff on behavior intervention strategies.
• Collect and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of interventions.
• Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Professional references are required.
