Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students with communication disorders or delays.
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success.
• Monitor progress, adjust therapy techniques as needed, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on students' goals and objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with current research and evidence-based practices in the field of speech-language pathology.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid and active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in California.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Experience working with school-aged children is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
