Board Certified Behavior Analyst - School Based
2024 - 2025 School Year, Contract
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify the causes of challenging behaviors and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Implement and oversee behavior modification strategies and interventions based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
- Collect and analyze data on student behaviors to monitor progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed.
- Train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and other school staff in ABA techniques and behavior management strategies.
- Work with parents to provide guidance and support for implementing behavior plans at home and ensuring consistency between school and home environments.
- Collaborate with other professionals, including school counselors and special education staff, to integrate behavior interventions into the overall educational plan for students.
Qualifications:
- BCBA Certification
- Must have Master’s Degree in Behavior or related field
