Blazer Jobs is hiring a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work in a dynamic school setting in Danville, IL. Join our team and help shape the future of students through data-driven behavioral interventions and collaboration with educators and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for students.
• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and create Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Provide training and support to teachers and school staff in implementing strategies.
• Analyze data and adjust interventions to ensure student progress.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Illinois state licensure (if applicable).
• Minimum of one year of experience in school-based or pediatric settings.
