Dedicated BCBA Wanted for Full-Time School Contract Position - Little Rock, AR

Blazer Jobs is partnering with a local school district to find a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the current school year. This is a full-time position with the potential for renewal during summer school based on performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
• Provide support and training to school staff and parents
• Conduct functional behavior assessments
• Monitor and evaluate student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other support staff

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
