Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Evaluate and address academic, behavioral, and emotional needs in a school setting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and review IEPs and 504 Plans.
- Provide individual and group counseling for students facing academic and social challenges.
- Identify special education needs and recommend interventions tailored to each student.
- Act as a key advisor on promoting students' mental health and academic growth.

Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology & a valid state School Psychologist license.
- Expertise in psychological evaluations, assessments, and data-driven interventions.
- Familiarity with IEP and 504 Plan processes, and experience with Response to Intervention (RTI).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with students, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
