Job Description:

• Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in young children.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy programs to support early communication skills.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and support staff to enhance student development.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to early intervention strategies.
• Provide direct therapy services in both group and one-on-one settings.
• Maintain detailed progress reports and ensure compliance with school and state regulations.

Experience and Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Michigan SLP license and MDE certification.
• ASHA CCC preferred but not required.
• Experience working with preschool or early childhood students.
• Strong knowledge of early intervention techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
