Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver individualized instruction for preschool-aged children with special needs.
• Create and implement IEPs in collaboration with parents and other educators.
• Use play-based learning and developmentally appropriate practices.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Special Education.
• Active Illinois teaching license with Early Childhood Special Education endorsement.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in early childhood special education.
• Strong understanding of developmental milestones and intervention strategies.
