Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and instructional activities.
2. Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs.
3. Support students in their academic and social development.
4. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a positive learning environment.
5. Assist with classroom management and organization.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Previous experience working with students or in an educational setting is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff.
