Elementary Speech Language Pathologist (Full-Time) - Richmond, IL area

Blazer Jobs is currently seeking experienced Elementary Speech Language Pathologists to join school districts in the Richmond, IL area. This is a full-time position with opportunities for renewal based on performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive and effective learning environment.
  • Monitor and report on students' progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Valid state licensure and certification as a Speech Language Pathologist in Illinois.
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred.
  • Ability to pass a background check and meet all local and state requirements for employment in school settings.
