A full-time, school-based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position for the full school year has opened at our partner school in De Soto, Kansas. We are looking for a kind and caring candidate interested in supporting Special Needs students needing behavior supports in an K - 12th grade setting!

Requirements:

  • Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
  • Previous classroom experience preferred
  • Must be comfortable working with students with behavior problems

Position Details:

  • Full time: up to 40 hours per week
  • ???????Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm (can be flexible on exact start and end time)
  • Current School Year
  • Caseload: K - 5th grade openings; additional details will be discussed during the interview process
  • Pay Rate: $15 - $25 per hour, depending on previous experience

    Benefits:

  • You will receive a compensation package including health, vision, dental benefits, 401K, an hourly rate based upon previous experience, and will be paid on a weekly basis.
