What You Need:

• Fully licensed SW or MSW Limited License or Licensed Counselor
• LCSW or LCPC
•  State Social Worker License
• Master’s Degree in Social Work

Details about the position:

• Full time role open
• 2024 to 2025 School year 
• Caseload:
  • Support for a couple of schools in the district
  • Prefer candidates with School's experience

Job duties include, but are not limited to: 

• Provide social and emotional support to students, helping them navigate personal and academic challenges
• Conduct assessments to identify students' social and emotional needs
• Develop and implement intervention plans to address student concerns and promote well-being
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive school environment
• Provide individual and group counseling to students, addressing issues such as behavior, mental health, and social skills
• Connect students and families with community resources and services as needed
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interactions and progress
