Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join our partner school district. This role involves working closely with students who have diverse learning needs, creating individualized education plans (IEPs), and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to foster a supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to students' unique needs.
• Modify curriculum and teaching strategies to accommodate various learning abilities.
• Work collaboratively with parents, support staff, and other educators.
• Monitor and assess student progress, making necessary adjustments to IEPs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Valid state teaching certification in Special Education.
• Strong understanding of different learning disabilities and behavioral disorders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.

Requirements:
