We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in Montgomery, IL. This role focuses on providing speech and language services to elementary students within an onsite school setting.


  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals for students.
  • Provide direct therapy services to address speech and language impairments.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of student assessments, progress, and treatment plans.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input on student needs and goals.
  • Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology and education.


  • Master s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Illinois state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • New graduates with a Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellowship (SLP-CF) are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience working with elementary students preferred but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
